Anne de Lange

I have been working for Robert Muntel as a Finance Consultant since January 2015. Having before been in jobs in audit business control for Mecom and Wegener, the switch to the dynamic and exciting environment of interim management was a well-considered choice.

It involves working on a wide variety of commercial topics and projects, allowing me to acquire skills in the full width of the profession in a short period of time. My passion and expertise are in the area of business controlling and creating the right bridge between Finance and the core business of an organization. I think that is where I can make the difference. It is, of course, important to ensure a decent foundation, but the real added value a Finance professional can create is their assessment of the future of an organization from a business economics point of view. This goes beyond, for example, implementing a planning and control cycle.

By now, I have carried out assignments with a number of listed multinationals and care organizations. I have also been able to earn my RC (Chartered Controller) qualifications, which included writing my thesis as part of a project with a client. A win-win situation.

Professional development is, of course, not achieved only by ‘learning on the job’, but also by regularly attending seminars and trainings. This also provides a great opportunity to share knowledge with colleagues and to keep each other informed about topical subjects. In addition to being useful, these events are also very enjoyable, which is also very important!
