Gerben Poetsma

As of September 2018 I am employed at Robert Muntel Financial Consultancy in the role of Financial Consultant. After nearly 4 years working for KPMG in the Audit Practice I want to use my knowledge to operate from ‘the other side of the table’.

Within the Accountancy I gained experience in the healthcare, education trade and production sectors. In the non-profit sector I executed both regular financial statements as well as special assignments. Within Robert Muntel Financial Consultancy I want to develop myself and gain a broader horizon when looking at the diversity in assignments and clients.

Following my HBO Accountancy I am currently in the final stage of the Master Accounting and Controlling at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Being socially engaged and critical are two attributes that describe me well. An open culture where we help one and another and friendly working atmosphere are meaningful to me.
